Real turns and rehabs across Southern California. Drag your images in to replace the placeholders.
Citivest Construction didn't start as a contractor for hire. It began as the in-house property management and maintenance arm for Citivest's own portfolio of investment real estate — a large holding of single-family homes, condos, and similar residential properties.
That portfolio has since been sold, but the construction side lives on — now serving other property managers and owners across Southern California. The difference shows. Because we spent years managing our own units and tenants, we know firsthand what a property manager actually needs from a maintenance and repair partner: we can pull permits, give fast turns, clean documentation, and work that's done right.
We've made the turn deadlines, fielded the tenant calls, and signed off on the invoices. When you hand Citivest a work order, you're working with a team that has sat on your side of the desk — and builds to the standard we held ourselves to.

Business Operations Analyst
Paul leads the modernization of how Citivest operates behind the scenes. He designs and implements the company's AI integrations, marketing initiatives, and digital workflows — connecting the systems that handle work orders, client communication, and dispatch so information moves automatically instead of by hand. His focus is simple: make the business run as efficiently as possible, so the field team and leadership can stay focused on clients and quality work.
Business Administrator
Evie is the connective tissue of Citivest's daily operations. She manages relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensures technicians receive their work orders on time and with everything they need, and coordinates the moving pieces between the field, the office, and the client. From the first call to the final follow-up, her attention to detail and commitment to responsive customer service keep every job — and every relationship — running smoothly.
This is a field role built for independent, self-directed tradespeople. If you work like a one-person handyman operation — comfortable showing up to a unit, reading a work order, and handling it across multiple trades — Citivest keeps you busy. We manage the clients and the pipeline; you get assigned work orders with the details and head out to do the job.
Technicians supply their own tools and transportation.
